Ceremonial Matcha tea is a select organic Japanese ground green tea used in the Japanese tea ceremony.

Method of preparation :

- Add a teaspoon of Matcha tea in a Japanese tea bowl. 1 or 2 grams

- Add a little hot water at 60 degrees and emulsify with the help of a bamboo whisk. If you don't have that whisk you can use a small kitchen whisk or a cocktail shaker.

- Fill the bowl with more hot water at 60 degrees
