Café del Huila covers mild washed arabica coffee, which when processed is sensorially identified for having a balanced global impression, with sweet notes, acidity and medium/high body, intense fragrance/aroma with fruity and caramel sensations.
This cup profile is derived from climatic and geographical factors typical of this region, such as fewer hours of sunlight (3.5 hours/day) due to cloudiness, constant temperatures during the day that favor the accumulation of chemical compounds in the fruit, and ranges high between 1000 and 2200 meters (masl).

CoopeTarrazu currently has 2,600 members. The cooperative helps to get technical assistance from the members, low cost loans, low prices for fertilizers.
The most important aspect of the cooperative is the economic benefit for the region and the members.
It has more than 50 years of experience and tradition. The 5 principles of the cooperative are: Solidarity, Transparency, Sustainability, Quality and Service.
They have the Fairtrade coffee seal.
Tarrazú Mujeres, is a coffee developed by CoopeTarrazú, a recognized cooperative in San Marcos, which provides its members with coffee benefit points, marketing tools and services for exports. And in this case, the women's project, collected only from women coffee growers.

The Sidamo area is located in southern Ethiopia, on the border with Kenya and Somalia.
Sidamo is the name of this rather mountainous territory, but also of the population that inhabits it and their language.
Here the coffee grows spontaneously on the slopes of the heights or is cultivated in coffee gardens (small plots in which each family also plants fruit trees and vegetables) or in larger plots, and is treated in the washing stations scattered throughout the territory. .
In addition to being an important item in the local economy, it is also the protagonist of the social and cultural life of the place. At Sidamo, an invitation to participate in the coffee ceremony—an ancient ritual whose steps are passed down from generation to generation—is a sign of friendship and great respect… and the key to an unparalleled experience.
Sidamo coffees are coffees from the highlands in the south of the country, in the Rift Valley, with abundant rainfall and fertile soils. These coffees must present a clean cup, with clear fruity notes and bright acidity and characteristic sweetness.
