For a medium roast, we obtain a balanced and silky coffee. Above all, its balance stands out in all aspects such as body, acidity, flavor and aroma. Already the coffee in the cup detects bitter flavors such as dark chocolate. Also spices like black pepper, as well as a slight herbaceous touch that reminds us of cedar. Finally, a slight flavor of stone fruits, such as cherries.
