Washed coffee grown at 1000    1500 meters of altitude with collection from December to June.

Guatemala is known for its history and the quality of coffee it offers to the world.

The coffee bean was introduced into the country in 1773 by some Jesuit priests. Years later, coffee was offered as
            consumer product and sometimes medicinal.

It was not until 1870 that Guatemalan coffee was recognized internationally because it began to be exported
by a commercial economic crisis. Since then, coffee has become one of the raw material products
as the main source of income for the country's economy.

Currently, Guatemala occupies the ninth position as a coffee exporter. The country has different regions
creating different qualities of coffee due to its height, climate, type of soil, temperature among other factors. The
regions are San Marcos, Huehuetenango, Atitlán, Cóban, Antigua Guatemala, Fraijanes.

Antigua Guatemala is considered the cradle of coffee in Guatemala for being the first city where coffee was introduced.
coffee. Its great advantage is that this area contains volcanic soils that offer higher levels of minerals in the soil.
for coffee production. Due to these benefits, the coffee grown in that area contains the most flavorful characteristics.
and sweeter aromas, with body and balanced acidity.

For a medium roast, we obtain creamy, slightly sweet flavors of caramel, but also of dark chocolate,
fruits like blackberry and raspberry, with a floral touch of jasmine.

Silky, very balanced and structured. Intense body with a hint of acidity.
